The MAIN SOLUTION Filling and Capping machines and lines are suitable for the most varied and multiple glass and plastic containers. The system provides for loading via conveyor belts inside a rotating star e augers allowing the timing of the containers under the filling system. A system of selection and loading of twist off capsules are placed directly on the container after filling. Subsequently a pneumatic or motorized system foresees the tightening of the capsule also in a vacuum environment for the click-clack capsules. After having tightened the capsule, the product is ejected through a conveyor belt. The incoming and outgoing accumulations can be managed through conveyor belts with rotating tables and warehouses.
